Can I purchase oversized furniture online?

All of the oversized furniture items appearing on our Web site are available for online purchase.262

How soon can I receive an oversized furniture item?

Delivery of Oversized Furniture items depends upon the type of item ordered and delivery location. The office furniture items deliver within 2 weeks from the time of order. All other furniture is made to order and might take up to 4 – 6 weeks to deliver from the time the order is placed.263

Do you offer financing on Oversized Furniture items?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any financing for our oversized furniture at this time.265

Can I custom order furniture?

Absolutely! Custom upholstery is offered on our oversized furniture items. To upholster an item in our collection you can choose from several fabrics available on our website.266

How can I order a fabric swatch?

Swatches are available for all the samples listed on our site. If you would like to receive a fabric swatch to see the quality and color before you make a purchase, please email your name, address, product name (in full) and color code to swatchrequest@wcteam.com. We will mail the swatch to your address anywhere in the continental United States via standard shipping. Please note that there is no charge for the fabric swatch or its delivery. Swatches do not need to be returned and you are not obligated to purchase.267

How do I measure correctly?

Please measure your door and corners to ensure the items will fit through or around them. Use the measurements in the specifications area on each product page to determine if the furniture can fit through your entrance and/or pathways.268

Can I return Furniture items?

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our manufacturers give attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. If you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at (866) 341-6790 within 2 days of receipt of the item. Because the furniture is made to order, items are not returnable.269

Do you carry oversized sofa beds?

Currently, we do not carry any oversized sofa beds.270

What are the dimensions and weight-bearing abilities of your furniture?

All our oversize furniture is custom-made for big and tall people. Please see (click on) each individual item for specific dimensions and weight capacities. Or contact us at sales@wcteam.com or by calling toll free 866-341-6790 for any questions not answered by each item's description.273

Do you offer warranty on the oversized furniture items?

Our office furniture comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty and the home furniture comes with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the Warranty page to find out more about our warranty.275

How is my information secured?

We take protection of your information very seriously. Our web site uses the Secure Socket Layer, SSL, protocol to encrypt all of your ordering information before it is sent over the Internet. Our third party verification is done by a world leader in the security industry, Comodo Digital Certificates. In addition, sensitive information such as credit card numbers are encrypted on our server using the industry standard 128 bit encryption. Additionally, sensitive information is completely removed at regular intervals once the transaction has been completed. You can be certain that all possible precautions are taken to secure your information when ordering with us.276
