Can I purchase oversized furniture online?

All of the oversized furniture items appearing on our Web site are available for online purchase.262

How soon can I receive an oversized furniture item?

Delivery of Oversized Furniture items depends upon the type of item ordered and delivery location. The office furniture items deliver within 2 weeks from the time of order. All other furniture is made to order and might take up to 4 – 6 weeks to deliver from the time the order is placed.263

Do you offer financing on Oversized Furniture items?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any financing for our oversized furniture at this time.265

Can I custom order furniture?

Absolutely! Custom upholstery is offered on our oversized furniture items. To upholster an item in our collection you can choose from several fabrics available on our website. For the non-office furniture items, you also have the option to provide your own material. Because these items are custom-made to your specifications, they require more production time.266

How can I order a fabric swatch?

Swatches are available for all the samples listed on our site. If you would like to receive a fabric swatch to see the quality and color before you make a purchase, please email your name, address, product name (in full) and color code to swatchrequest@wcteam.com. We will mail the swatch to your address anywhere in the continental United States via standard shipping. Please note that there is no charge for the fabric swatch or its delivery. Swatches do not need to be returned and you are not obligated to purchase our Oversized Furniture either.267

How do I measure correctly?

Please measure your door and corners to ensure the items will fit through or around them. Use the measurements in the specifications area on each product page to determine if the furniture can fit through your entrance and/or pathways.268

Can I return Furniture items?

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our manufacturers give attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. If you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at (866) 341-6790 within 7 days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply. Please note: Custom and made to order furniture items are not returnable.269

Do you carry oversized sofa beds?

Currently, we do not carry any oversized sofa beds.270

I am over six feet, what is the height of the legs for the Contemporary Oversized Sofas?

The seat height of the Contemporary Oversized Sofa is 24 inches long. This is 5-8 inches longer than the normal sofas available in the market. Our oversized sofas are custom-made for big and tall people. These sofas can easily accommodate someone as tall as 6 & ½ feet and/or weighs 650 lbs (Each sofa has three seats and each seat can withstand a capacity of at least 650 pounds.). The seat height of this sofa is adjustable. It comes with our 3-way adjustable leg system. Using these legs, we let you custom fit the furniture to your particular needs. Higher seats are easier to get up and out of. Use this setting if you have bad knees or otherwise find it difficult to get out of the sofa. If the seats are too high for your feet to touch the ground, then just remove one or more sections of the leg. By installing only as many sections as you want you can customize the finished seat height of your sofa.271

Is it possible to get the Transitional Oversize loveseat and Chair in leather?

Both, the Transitional Oversized Loveseat and Chair are available in leather. Currently, this is the only style where we offer oversized sofas, oversized loveseats and oversized chairs in both leather and fabric. The Traditional and Contemporary styles do not come in leather.272

I really like your furniture but was wondering about your choice of fabric's. I am a heavy woman but not very tall. How high off the ground are your sofas and chairs?

All our oversize furniture is custom-made for big and tall people; they can easily accommodate someone who weighs 650 lbs and/or someone who is as tall as 6 & ½ feet. Our sofas can hold up to 2,000 lbs; each sofa comes with three seats and each seat has a capacity to hold at least 650 lbs, so weight is never an issue. Depending on the model you choose, our furniture varies in height. The seat height for contemporary sofas, loveseats and chairs is 24 inches and for the rest of the models, it is 21 inches. The seat height of our furniture is adjustable. It comes with our 3-way adjustable leg system. Each section of the leg is 2 inches long and all three combined, they contribute to little more than 6 inches to the sofa height. Using these legs, we let you custom fit the furniture to your particular needs. Higher seats are easier to get up and out of. Use this setting if you have bad knees or otherwise find it difficult to get out of the sofa. If the seats are too high for your feet to touch the ground, then just remove one or more sections of the leg. Based on your needs, we will install only as many sections as you want to customize the finished seat height of your sofa.273

I weigh around 300 lbs. Can I sit on the arm of the oversized sofa?

Absolutely! Our oversized furniture items are made of extra heavy duty engineered frames and they never cave or blow apart. The extra strong arm area with a reinforced leg attachment makes it possible for someone heavy to sit on the arm confidently and comfortably.274

Do you offer warranty on the oversized furniture items?

Our office furniture comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty and the home furniture comes with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the Warranty page to find out more about our warranty.275

How is my information secured?

We take protection of your information very seriously. Our web site uses the Secure Socket Layer, SSL, protocol to encrypt all of your ordering information before it is sent over the Internet. Our third party verification is done by a world leader in the security industry, Comodo Digital Certificates. In addition, sensitive information such as credit card numbers are encrypted on our server using the industry standard 128 bit encryption. Additionally, sensitive information is completely removed at regular intervals once the transaction has been completed. You can be certain that all possible precautions are taken to secure your information when ordering with us.276
